- About 12-15 minutes on foot: Museo del Prado, Reina Sofía, Thyssen and Caixa Fórum.
- How much does a taxi cost from the airport and how long does it take?
- It costs around €30 and takes approximately 30 minutes.
- And from the Atocha station?
- From Atocha it costs around €10 and takes approximately 15 minutes.

- All rooms are non smoking
- Is your hotel adapted for disabled guests?
- Yes it is. Request an adapted room when making your reservation. We have adapted rooms for disabled guests and people with reduced mobility.
- Can I leave my luggage when I leave the room?
- At reception there is a left-luggage service where you can leave your luggage for as long as you want with no extra cost.
- Is there a car park close to the Hotel Opera? How much does it cost per day?
- The Opera car park is just 50 metres away and the Plaza de Oriente car park is 100 metres away. The daily rate is approximately €27.

- In the lobby there is a Business Corner with two points which guests can use free of charge.

- All the rooms of the Hotel Opera have a high-speed Internet connection for free use by guests.

We have special rooms with a Jacuzzi on the terrace on the top floor of the hotel with incredible views of the whole of Madrid and a wide range of services. - Can I reserve any service in the city from reception?
- Both in the city and outside Madrid. Cars, trips, show dinners, reservations in other hotels in other cities…
- What are the opening times of the gym and the sauna?
- The opening times of both services is from 7am to 11pm.
- Are they free services?
- The gym is a free service for our guests. The Finnish Sauna is as additional service with a price of €5 for approximately 30 minutes and it is necessary to make a reservation in reception.
- If we have something in the cafeteria or El Café de La Ópera restaurant, can I add it on to my room bill?
- Absolutely. When you leave the hotel you will have a detailed list of all the services that you have used during your stay.
