RULES FOR THE USE OF THE FINNISH SAUNA
These facilities are for the use and enjoyment of the guest logded in the Hotel. We hope that you find everything to your liking. For anything you need, please contact with Reception marking number 9.
Schedule of Use: from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Persons under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to use the sauna.
- To use the sauna you will have to make a reservation in reception a minimum of 30 minutes in advance.
- People suffering from infectious diseases may not use the sauna
- For hygiene purposes, it is important to shower before entering the sauna area.
- The use of the sauna requires towels for the entrance, exit and seat.
- The maximum number of people who can be in the sauna at the same time is 5.
- Rate per person and service (30 minutes) 5 € TAX Included.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in loss of gym privileges.
ADVICE
- If it is the first time that you use the sauna, do not exceed 10 minutes and use it always in the company of an experienced person.
- Sauna use is recommended for: colds process, stress, nervous anxiety, relaxation, sleep apnea and helps with weight loss and circulation.
- When you have finished the session it is recommended that you shower with cold water and rest for 5 to 10 minutes without forgetting to drink cold water to avoid dehydration.
- It Is not advisable to take more than two weekly sessions.
PRECAUTIONS
- Not recommended for women who are pregnant or may be pregnant or for people suffering from cardiovascular conditions, hypertension, epilepsy or anorexia. Consult your doctor before using the sauna.
- Avoid entering the sauna if you are very hungry or have just eaten.
- In case of emergency press the red button inside the sauna.
